Bicycles are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes and are roughly 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to ensure safety and performance.
What is your return policy for cycling gear and components?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that bicycles that have been fully assembled and ridden may be subject to a restocking fee.
